Once upon a time in the center or Silicon Valley, there was a savvy real estate investor. She had grown up in a family that held and managed their own real estate portfolio and learned through osmosis the ins and outs of the business. Laura’s ultimate goal was to generate a steady stream of rental income, achieve long-term capital appreciation, and diversify her holdings to reduce risk.
To maximize returns and maintain her properties' value, Laura practiced active portfolio management. She cultivated an in-house property management team to handle day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, maintenance, and rent collection. Laura also kept a close eye on market trends and emerging opportunities. This led her to build a short-term rental team that curates listings and supports guests.
